Learning how to Program with Microbits through James from the AMMA Centre

Today P4 to P7 had so much fun learning all about Microbits and programming them to create faces, numbers, a dice and animation. These feature as one of our areas of focus on our ICT Action Plan this year.  

The children also learned about where they see these programmes in our environment eg. Flashing signs at the chemist, roadworks, speed limits into towns etc. 

We look forward to exploring programming further using our new Microbits resource 🙂
