We have been learning about the history of Hamiltonsbawn Primary School this term in Primary 5. Today we had a very special visitor who was able to share lots of information about our school from the very early days in 1986.
Barbara was the secretary in our school from January 1987 to June 2013 and left a very warm impression on us in school. We loved having Barbara in our classroom as she was so knowledgeable. The children all listened very attentively and each asked her a question which Barbara took time to answer.
Barbara also brought in a brilliant selection of photographs and items from when she worked in school which we thoroughly enjoyed looking at.
