Mental Health Day in Primary 5 ☀️

In Primary 5 we began our day with some mindfulness colouring by our crackling fire. Mental Health Day in P3

We had great fun today in P3 for Mental Health Day. We started with some exercises with Danny Go followed by a workout with CJ. Then we had some delicious buns for snack before enjoying the lovely sunshine ☀️ outside. We ended the day with some mindfulness which helped us with our listening and breathing.
