Primary 4 Trip to the Argory

We had a lovely bus journey to the Argory and were met by Brian, who introduced us to Adam the gardener. Adam showed us around the grounds and the rose garden. Next, we were given a map and had to follow a trail around the grounds. We answered all the questions on the trail and looked forward to our prize for completing them.Next we had our lunch and then spent a very enjoyable time in the park.Everyone...

Our Trip to Tannaghmore Gardens

We all had a great time today on our class trip. Everyone loved going on the bus and bringing our teddy bears. We visited the farm first and saw all the animals. Then we went to the park and played on the swings, slides and climbing frames as well as the zip line and sand pit area. We had our teddy bears 🧸 picnic and then Mrs Megaw’s mummy had made us special teddy shortbread as a lovely treat....

Fun Night

We had a great time at our fun night this evening. Everyone really enjoyed the bouncy castle and slide as well as the lucky dip, tin can alley and hook a duck. We loved the glitter tattoos and the face painting. The bbq and buns were delicious and the ice cream quickly sold out. Thanks to everyone who helped to make this evening such a success. We loved our special visitors who came back to see us...

P1 to P3 Sports Day

23rd May 2024

We all had a great time today at our Sports Day even though the weather was cold and windy. Everyone did so well in all their races and we all enjoyed taking part. Thanks to all our parents and families for coming out to support us. A big thanks to Hunters, Markethill, for the delicious ice cream 🍦 at the end. Thanks also to Richhill Football Club for marking the lines on the track for us to use.

Residential Trip

15th May 2024

After a good night’s sleep, everyone was ready for Day 2. The children had fun on the climbing wall and enjoyed all the water sports in the afternoon. The weather was fantastic. After tea we had a lovely hike to Kilbroney Park in the sunshine, a visit to the shop and then back to chill before bed. The instructors commented on the excellent behaviour of all the children. East Coast Adventure Centre Day One

14th May 2024

Twenty-four children accompanied by Mr. Pollard, Paula and Laura headed off for Kilbroney Forest Park for their first stop. Two mini buses met the big coach and took their precious cargo to East Coast Adventure Centre in Rostrevor.What a beautiful place high up in the hills. The children met their instructors and were shown their rooms and had a quick unpack and explore of the centre.A very filling...
