Gosford Forest Park Hosts Race For Life - In Aid of Cancer Research

Many of the  pupils, staff, parents and Grandparents from Hamiltonsbawn Primary School gathered this morning to participate in a sponsored, 'RUN FOR LIFE' in Gosford Forest Park before the Easter Break.  Mr. Hutchinson set off at a brisk pace with many children wanting to lead from the front.  Everybody had lots of fun.  The weather was dry but cold and everybody was glad of a warm cuppa and snack at the conclusion.  Many thanks to Hunters of Markethill who kindly donated apples as refreshments.  All the participants received a medal for their efforts and we look forward to lots of sponsorship for Cancer Research UK after Easter.  Happy Easter EVERYBODY and keep safe!
