Health and Wellbeing Week off to a fantastic start! 🚜🍟

18th May 2026

Our pupils enjoyed a very exciting visit today from the Rural Chaplain, Kenny Hanna, and his colleague David.

Kenny and David arrived to our school with a gleaming Massey Ferguson tractor and delivered an engaging talk on how to keep safe on a farm. Kenny also shared the story of the lost sheep from the Bible and explained how we can be kept safe eternally if we trust in the Lord Jesus.

We also enjoyed a “Chips and Chatter” afternoon where all children enjoyed a free meal from Cordelia’s Chip Van and lots of cheerful chat with their friends. Unfortunately, it was a little too cold to eat outdoors, but everyone enjoyed an extended playtime afterwards.

We look forward to Anna visiting our school tomorrow who will take a whole school assembly and deliver CPR workshops to our KS2 pupils.
