Poetry Writing Workshop at Navan

The pupils of P5-P7 engaged in an inspirational morning at the Navan Centre on the theme of Light.  They re-enacted Viking Life and how light  was important before moving inside the centre to explore light during The Belfast Blitz. Now inspired full of ideas, resident poet Maura Alexander encouraged the pupils to share their ideas and inspire them to listen to and begin writing poems.  We look forward to reading and featuring these poems later in the month.
