In our whole school assembly this week, we updated everyone on the latest House Points and were delighted to see Joshua (last week’s Kindness Cup Winner) draw out Joseph this week for ‘showing kindness towards another peer in his class experiencing a difficulty’.
We we also presented our monthly achievement awards for SPELLINGS and one of our school values, showing RESPECT (photos to follow).
We also really enjoyed Rev. Finlay’s visit where he spoke to us all about his recent missionary trip to Yangon in Myanmar. He told us all about the schooling system and lessons he taught the children, the local language and dress code in the area too. Our pupils found this very amusing, but we were certainly very impressed by Rev. Finlay’s ability to speak the local language - fluently!
We also enjoyed singing the a Christmas song, ‘We Wanna Shout’ which was performed again around the village Christmas Tree lights switch on, on Saturday evening. See all the photos and videos on our school FB page. 🎺❤️🎄
