Visit to the FE McWilliam Gallery and Scarva Park - Primary 5

Primary 5 had a fantastic day out to the FE McWilliam Gallery today! 

They started their morning with a clay workshop, led by artist Debbie.  Everyone created their own individual character using a variety of materials and techniques. These will remain in the gallery until they dry out and will then be painted on their return to school.

Afterwards, the boys and girls enjoyed a guided tour with Jason, who showed them a variety of fantastic sculptures by FE McWilliam.  There was even time to have a go at sketching their favourite pieces! 

Finally, everyone enjoyed a picnic in the Scarva sunshine, followed by lots of fun in the play park!
